We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note during sale periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order. 

Shipping rate calculated at checkout -Delivery estimate, 10 -25 business days from dispatch.

Please note that any duties and taxes payable in the countries outside of Australia are the responsibility of the recipient. Buggalugs, unfortunately, has no control over import fees and these will be the responsibility of the recipient prior to delivery. Orders returned due to refusal of payment of duties and taxes will be subject to a return shipping fee.

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. 

Buggalugs offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post.
